The title track 'Fr33z' isn't as deep but with its bleeps and high pitches in right places, I consider it as a success. Maurice Fulton delivers some organic disco, smooth and lively, plenty of percussion vibes version of 'Vacuum Jackers'. Perhaps not something I'd listen to every day but it manages to fit in on this EP just perfectly. All in all, it really doesn't matter if this EP is a decade old or not. It was quality back then, it is quality today. I see no reason why good music would lost it meaning as time passes along. Reply Notify me 2 Helpful.

Years ago when I bought this it was only because of Dixon's edit of 'Oblivion' but after I heard the rest of this EP I knew this was a rock solid release. To start with the highlight, Dixon really didn't do that much with this remix (probably why it's called just Edit) but still made a good track better. I know that the track is some kind of a re-make of Adonis' 'No Way Back' but comparing to the original source this update it more sensual and atmospheric, really seductive house tune. I love it today as much today as I did back then. A great example of where old school vibes can be brought up to date with style and the results are just insanely impressive. The rest of the EP is quality as well. Especially if you're into that whole new wave disco house, then you should love this. 'Arp Surface' is really groovy, space disco house track with some serious groove in it. The title track 'Fr33z' isn't as deep but with its bleeps and high pitches in right places, I consider it as a success. Maurice Fulton delivers some organic disco, smooth and lively, plenty of percussion vibes version of 'Vacuum Jackers'.
