Swedish Jazz History Vol. 4. Wartime Preparedness Swing, 1940–42. Time now for Beredskapsswing, the fourth volume in the Caprice series entitled Swedish Jazz History. This is a remastering of a a double LP previously released, now with about ten bonus numbers added. For this new version, jazz archaeologists Jan Bruér and Bengt Nyquist have revised and augmented their previous material. The scene is the years between 1940 and 1942, a grim period of world history.
