I Found Out. This song is by The Christians and appears on the album Colour (1990). I know that the earth is rotten,And I know the whole world's corrupt,Some say that there's really no hope,Some say that our time is up. (But you know)I found outThere's a small speck of human kindness,Buried very deep in everyone. And I've no doubts, Time's gonna change

More earnest and socially conscious than romantic, the Christians are in the Bobby Womack and Curtis Mayfield mold lyrically, but Priestman's tunes rarely fall under the purview of funk, or even straight R&B. At heart, the Christians were a pure chart pop group, making inoffensive but largely unmemorable songs. Listening to The Best of the Christians is enjoyable and often diverting, but it's hard to remember many of the songs half an hour later. I Found Out. Henry Priestman.
I Found Out contained the line "Some of you sitting there with your cock in your hand", which was similarly censored at the record company's request. I Found Out, I think it's nice. I don't know, ask Eric Clapton, he thinks I can play. Joseph Brush Monday 22 August 2016.
Their 1987 double-platinum debut album, "The Christians", entered the album chart at N. and featured the Top 30 singles "Forgotten Town", "Hooverville, "Ideal World" and "Born Again". A sell-out tour of the major British cities followed, including consecutive nights at the Hammersmith Odeon, with additional appearances in Holland, Germany and France. In 1988 they released a cover of the Isley Brothers' "Harvest for the World", with all proceeds going to British Third-World charities. The most successful single was the atmospheric "Words" but others released included "I Found Out" and the uplifting "Greenbank Drive". Happy In Hell" (1992), their third album, reached No. 18 in the album charts and included the singles "What's In A Word" and "The Bottle".
I told you before, stay away from my door Don't give me that brother, brother, brother, brother The freaks on the phone, won't leave me alone So don't give me that brother, brother, brother, brother No! I, I found out! I, I found out! Now that I showed you what I been through Don't take nobody's word what you can do There ain't no Jesus gonna come from the sky Now that I found out I know I can cry.
