I found that my download code was 16 digits but the website said 15 digits. Anyone else have this issue?

Remember Two Things double LP vinyl (RCA/Sony records) is the third costly record I've purchased from RCA.I paid 100 for Live Trax vol. 4, 80 for live trax 2 , and 47 for Remember Two Things. All three record sets had some kind of significant manufacturing defect. Some had dried super glue (?) all over; some had big scratches from chunks and flecks of vinyl bits all inside the jacket...no wonder every DMB record I have is messed up.Does RCA have a QA/QC problem?

For Legacy releases (R2T, UTTAD, Crash, Red Rocks, Live at Luther College, etc.) they will always be available through regular retailer channels. Only the Bama Rags Recordings releases (Live Trax vinyl, DMB 25, etc) will be available solely through the band's website (unless they're being offered for RSD too)

musictoday is the worst. I was sent the Under the Table and Dreaming vinyl replacement disc, 6 months after it was scheduled to come out. No response from several emails to confirm my shipping, and when it arrived it was not sealed and the plastic cover was full of package debris and dust on a 45 dollar audiophile vinyl. What a joke.
Dikus
Me either. Unfortunately they have a monopoly on most releases.
Marr
Indeed it is. I didn't see that until moments after I paid for it. Never buying directly from the band's store unless it's unavailable elsewhere.
Brick my own
It was almost half that price on amazon.
