Megadeth - The System Has Failed "Sampler" mp3 flac

The System Has Failed is a thrash metal music album recording by MEGADETH released in 2004 on CD, LP/Vinyl and/or cassette. Compared to the preceding album The World Needs a Hero (2001), which I personally found to be a great disappointment, The System Has Failed is a bit better. The quality is good throughout, and while the songwriting isn´t the most inspired or exciting thing I´ve heard from the band, it´s certainly an improvement over the weak predecessor.

That album’s follow up, 'The System Has Failed', followed in its sonic footsteps. Originally intended to be a solo venture for Mustaine, the record was eventually released under Megadeth’s name to fulfill contractual obligations with Sanctuary. It was also the first album by the group to not feature the bass playing of co-founder David Ellefson. At the time, he and Mustaine were locked in a legal dispute over royalties and the rights to the band’s name. They’ve since reconciled and Ellefson returned to the band in 2010.

That same year the new studio album, "The System Has Failed" was released. The new band toured relentlessly for this new album with Mustaine creating his own version of Ozzfest, called Gigantour. The last six songs are all taken from the band's last studio album "The World Needs A Hero", acting as a sampler for that album. Why the heck did the band or the record company feel the need to put these tracks on here? I mean that album came out only a year or two before this release. Megadeth have been in a solid groove since 2004's "The System Has Failed". The past few albums have grabbed influences from the band's early years and mixed them with the more melodic stylings of their 90's outputs. While none of these albums sound exactly like the next, they all sound like Megadeth.
