Various ‎– Les Zazous : 1940-1945. Label: Pathé Marconi ‎– 2C 134-15368/9, EMI ‎– 2C 134-15368/9. This double album came out in 1977, and to this day, there are not a lot of photographs of Les Zazous. The images that are in the record are all drawings from that period. A snapshot of a time that was horrible, yet the music is upbeat, happy, and looking forward to better days.

War posters 1940-1945. A collection of the NIOD Instituut voor Oorlogs-, Holocaust- en Genocidestudies, Koninklijke Bibliotheek. Posters were an important propaganda tool during World War II. The Germans gave a lot of care and attention to propagating the National Socialist message in occupied Holland by using colourful placards. Signs, walls and advertising pillars were plastered full of propaganda posters with loud slogans and gripping images that were supposed to influence public opinion. 5000 posters from the momentous war years of 1940-1945 can be viewed on this site

The Escapees' Cross 1940–1945 (French: Croix des Évadés 1940–1945, Dutch: Kruis der Ontsnapten 1940–1945) was a Belgian war service medal established on 25 February 1944 by the Belgian government in exile in London
